Cancellations must be made 48hrs in advance, within 48hrs will be charged a 4 hour minimum

  Terms and Conditions: By entering in to an agreement with Majestic Limo and checking below this form you are hereby agreeing to the following: 1)No smoking, drug use, excessive alcohol consumption permitted in or around the Limousine. Minors may NEVER consume alcohol or be under the influence of alcohol at any time during service. 2)Food and Drink is permitted to be consumed in the limousine, however, a $150.00 fee will be charged to you for any spillage that requires professional cleaning of the vehicle, (for example staining of carpet or seats) 3)Deposit is non-refundable. 4)All returned checks will result in $35.00 returned check fee. 5)Music can be played in the limousine but must be kept at a level that does not distract the driver and become offensive to other passengers or people outside of the vehicle. 6)Driver and car are for your use from the time of pickup to the time of drop off, additional time may be requested provided car does not have another appointment that day, and each additional hour is $65.00. 7)Majestic Limo and it’s employees reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement without refund if the any f the following occurs (list is not fully conclusive) A)Minor in possession of alcohol B)Drunk and disorderly C)Abusive, offensive, inappropriate and or threatening behavior towards Driver, other travelers or people outside the vehicle. D)Refusal to follow terms and conditions.
